Purchases:
For purchases in the online store I accept payment by PayPal. You can also pay by Credit card or Venmo using PayPal. No PayPal account is needed.
Returns:
Special Notice….All Heater Covers are Custom items and are not returnable for any reason except for defect or damage during shipping.
Heater covers are made exactly to the specifications provided on the order form. It is the responsibility of the buyer to supply correct dimensions and other details.
If you need help, contact me I will work with you to sort everything out.
I take pride in my work and a lot of care goes into everything I make, and in their shipping as well.
But…..
If you are not happy with your purchase, contact me.
I will do everything I can to make you happy.
Items that arrive damaged or defective in workmanship will be replaced free of charge provided you contact me within 5 days of delivery.
I will pay for damaged or defective items to be returned and send a replacement to you at my expense.
Purchases can be returned for refund or exchange for any reason within 7 days of delivery provided you contact me first.
When returning or exchanging an item for reasons other than damage or defect I cannot reimburse shipping charges. (For example if you order the wrong size or color for your needs)
It is the buyers responsibility to ship item back to me in sale-able condition. I recommend that you use the original packing and insure the item, as a refund or exchange cannot be made until the item is received by me in good condition.
You will also be responsible to pay the shipping cost of sending the exchange item to you.
If the shipping costs are low I will waive this and pay the shipping costs of the replacement item to you. This is done at my discretion. My goal is to provide my customers with the best and most satisfying experience possible, but I must protect myself from the sometimes high shipping costs that come from a customer not reading the description and dimensions of a large item before ordering
